Thank you everyone. I really appreciate your feedback and your willingness to speak out. Many of the issues that were mentioned over the past 24 hours are being repeated all to often by countless residents from around our district. Its tragic and unfortunate that so many of your concerns have fallen on the shoulders of leaders who continue to stand idle and seemingly turn a cheek to the devastation that is plaguing our district. I really appreciate this dialogue. Please, at anytime, call me, email me, flag me down, or knock me over. I want to hear what you have to say. I want to work with all of you so that we can find the correct solutions to these problems. Our government wasnt created to establish a hierarchy over you. It was created for you and by you. You shouldnt have to be muted and barred from the process of policy and legislation. You should be both the author and the creator. I want to be that leader who listens to what his fellow constituents are saying, and in a moments notice, ready to be that strong and competent voice to project that message in Hartford.
