As requested by many, here is a little update. - There has been quite a bit of confusion with regard to us reaching the financial threshold set out in the immigration rules. Just to clear everything up... We have reached the financial requirement of £18600. As Nyana is British, the amount of £22400 does not apply to our case. - There are grounds for another appeal, but with our lack of faith in various government departments its not something we want to throw another £3000 at. - We will be dissecting the judges findings in the next few days and share the ridiculousness of the decision with you all.
