Thank you everyone for the concern for Tom while he was in the ER last night. Tom was having prolonged ventricular quadrigeminy. Basically thats when you have 3 normal heartbeats and then a screwed up one on the fourth. And it lasted for hours. Generally theyll admit you for observation in the ER if your heart is off by 6 beats per minute. Toms was off by 25! YIKES! Super scary! Hes been discharged and has to see cardiologist tomorrow. Hes on docs orders to take a nap and be mellow until then. Thanks again for the prayers and well wishes. :)
