Thank you everyone for the kind messages. Our house was basically ok, however we have been in survival mode for about two weeks: We got electricity 4 days ago & running water 3 days ago... still no internet or tv (drive an hour to La Paz for internet). Power poles blocked our road to leave our house for 10 days & it is a 40 minute walk to the nearest market, but they had nothing.... we were having to ration our food & water for the first 9 days.... but all is coming back together and we consider ourselves very lucky... so many people lost so much... The Cabo airport only had two terminals: One is severely damaged and the other is a heap of concrete and metal. No commercial flights for now.
