Thank you everyone for your kind, generous thoughts, words, love, support, and for reaching out in so many ways! I have iced and heated it, elevated it and rested, Learned how to use crutches (watch out!), gotten X-rays (bad sprain though no break), seeing a specialist on Friday and will start physical therapy next week….and also made videos almost every day for the 30 Day Laughter Cleanse documenting this journey. I am so deeply grateful to you all for being there! It is an amazing gift to realize and experience the power of community!
