Thank you fb fam for All the love that was shown on me and my husbands before and after picture I wasnt expecting it to inspire so many people At dinner last night I showed him all the comments and we immediately began to reflect on our life at that time we were newly weds on that pic we had only been married for 2 weeks and eating good 24/7 was the highlight of our dating and the first 2 yrs.of our marriage,I was told that food is a way to a mans heart so I cooked and I cooked... fried foods, greasy casseroles, weekly he would take me to out to dinner 3 days a week bring home Chinese take out ,pizza ect..meanwhile EXERCISE WAS IN NEITHER ONE OF OUR LIFESTYLES... I still cook only this time Im not killing him Im cooking so that he can be around to love me and my son I AM A CHANGED WOMAN NOW I CAN NEVER GO BACK TO THAT UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE..BECAUSE WHAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED ON THIS SIDE OF THE MAP IS SOOOO MUCH GREATER*wink*
