Thank you for accepting me into your group. My ancestors were primarily from Eindhoven, Oirschot, Sint-Oedenrode and Schaijk. My one outlier that Im hoping to find the records on one day is Jan Vulders (spouse Gerardina Brossard). I had a copy of a family register for them from Amsterdam, 1800, but it was lost in a flood. I know only that his occupation was listed as painter and his children were born in Amsterdam and their nationality was French (due Im sure to political possession of Amsterdam at the time and not because they were actually born in France). Does anyone know if the family registers are online in Amsterdam yet (I havent been able to find his) or if there is anything online from Amsterdam that would help me identify his artistry or heritage? I have mastered Noord Brabant, but Amsterdam is new to me after 30 years.
