Thank you for accepting my request. This is my best friend, Rocket. He was to be used in a breeding/puppy mill situation in my hometown. He had been severely abused, even to the point of having his leg shattered. Concerned neighbors who saw him emaciated & leg dragging, with a female Dal, called the authorities. The previous owner had a choice, face heavy fines or get him to a Vet. Over $15,000 in surgeries & she decided he was no longer worth it. She signed him over. I work in rescue & a dear friend was a Vet Tech at my Vets office. She begged me to just look at this boy. 36 people had passed up a gorgeous dog who was deemed medically unwanted. I took one look at this brown eyed sad boy & fell in love. 2 weeks later & partial payment on his bill out of sheer gratitude, he came home with me. He travels with me, has no hearing issues, loves my other rescue dogs, rescue special needs cats, & even my rescued parrots. You cannot ask for a sweeter disposition or a more handsome Dalmatian. He is my world. And youd never know he ever can from such horrid conditions. ♥
