Thank you for joining this page. I had made this page back in 2011 and it always sat in the background. I kept using my own personal page and I successfully converted into a full educational, coaching page. But I realize that the personal pages have certain restrictions, numbers and other logistics. I am educational trainer, with rehabilitation, nutrition, contest prep coach. I realize that I am starting from scratch here, but my goal is fill this page up with videos, structural tips, and continue to educate our population. No I dont make any money for all this, but it makes my life such a better place to be at, knowing that I am able to reach hundreds and hundreds, and help them attain better grounds and fitness understanding.
