Thank you for taking the time to learn more about your choices in the upcoming election. May 20th -My name is John Amburgey and I am seeking the office for Constable, DIST 2.on the democratic ticket I believe integrity is more than just telling the truth I believe all elected officials should honor their promises of service and accountability. There should be no question as to the integrity of the leaders of our community. I believe in a fiscal policy that advocates using taxpayer money responsibly, avoiding deficit spending, creating a balanced budget, whether on the local, state or federal level. I believe all elected officials should be more diligent about the value they provide to the taxpayers they serve. I believe the community should expect to be treated with dignity and respect. It is the responsibility of the leader of the Dist 2 constable to reach out to our neighborhoods, schools, and businesses to work together to keep each other safe in our neighborhoods and find ways to be more successful against the many challenges we face today If you elect me as your Constable, I promise to be fair and responsible to everyone. .If elected as your Constable, I vow to serve my community and law with respect, always choosing the high road. I am willing to work, and I can be available to the people of Letcher County. This is not a campaign against anyone; it is a campaign of ideas and of adapting to change of the needs of Dist 2 residents. The type and needs of services ten years ago are very different than they are today or will be in the future. My passion is to be your next Constable and I would like to ask for your support, vote and most importantly prayers,May 20th during this election
