Thank-you for the overwhelming support of my artwork this Christmas season! I was completely blown away and, unfortunately, unprepared for such a tremendous response! Due to this response and the fact I was working on a piece of art that I had promised would be completed before Christmas, I needed to enlist a lot of help to ensure your orders could be filled. Luckily I have a VERY supportive family! My Mom and Dad both worked full-time these past two months and my wife, both brothers, and both sister-in-laws contributed a LOT of their time working for me this past month to ensure that all all orders were shipped in time for Christmas. There were several nights when some of us did not even sleep and worked through the whole night! Despite all of our extremely hard work and late nights, Canada Post, UPS and Purolator let us down in a few cases in which packages were not delivered by the date they had guaranteed us they would. One of those was my original artwork The 13th Man which was misplaced (lost) by UPS for 3 days, setting my schedule back even more and making time extremely tight heading into Christmas. I hate to see anyone disappointed (especially at Christmas) so am extremely disappointed in myself! In the future, I do not plan to draw from the month of September through December, so I can focus strictly on shipping orders with more time to spare before Christmas. I am working my way through all e-mails and voicemails and will respond to each and every one of you that asked a question. I deeply apologize for any Christmas plans that were affected and hope that you can forgive me. To the hundreds of people that sent incredible compliments and kind words, I have not forgotten you either. I deeply appreciate you all and will respond personally as well. I hope everyone had the Merriest of Christmases and wish you all the best in 2015!
