Thank you friends for all your prayers for us. It was a week ago today the washing machine flipped out and poured gallons of water on our rather new wood floors up stairs,The clean up has been slow but the men who came to our aid were amazing and arrived within hours of the flood. Winters wrote a story about it in The Newnan Times-Herald today. The SONS bathroom tile is completely gone and the utility room floor is gone as well. So is the up stairs hall and the eldests room floor. The down stairs ceilings have oodles of holes in it. I tried to write a Thankful Thursday post but just could not quite get it right. So that will be for another Thursday.The ironery is that it was two years ago that our washing machine died and this was my Christmas present in 2012. I am excited to see what I get for Christmas this year . New floors perhaps... I am grateful my Christmas decorations were already up because I am too tired and weary to do it now. The washing machine is still not fixed but looking on the bright side it is amazing what you can do with paper towels. And they removed the SONS toilet in their bathroom. So I only had two toilets to clean this morning this rather than three. Woo Hoo. Thanks for the prayers and encouragement and yes, We do know we are blessed and it could have always been much worse. So we will go with, Its all good...
