Thank you once again to the crew of Engine 3 (we were told by the dispatcher you also known as Pipeline 3) who responded to a 911 distress call on Thursday, April 17, 2014. To you gentlemen I am sure you felt you were just doing your jobs, another call to respond to. To this mother you gentlemen went above and beyond your job description. Yes you did your jobs, but you gentlemen all helped my son, Michael calm and keep focus and re focus. You all heard my concerns for his individual needs due to his Autism and his fears. The fact that he can not easily communicate his needs and in distress it is impossible for him to communicate. Most people would of not been as patience and understanding and would of just sent him off or should I really say pass him off. Thank you gentlemen from the bottom of my heart for going the extra mile in helping a very frighten young man. I know in my heart the out come would of been very different for him if not for you gentlemen. You three gentlemen of the crew of Pipeline 3 that evening will forever be in my prayers.
