Thank you so much for catering for my mother-in-law’s party. Another triumph! The food was superb once again and plentiful. It all looked and tasted stunning. The Moroccan lamb went down particularly well but all the dishes were delicious and a beautiful cheeseboard at the end. The only difficulty was that I had to keep confessing that I was not the cook!. Lovely note from my client Jane in Ealing. Their menu was: Spinach & mushroom quiche Flaked salmon, rocket and chilli quiche Tomato, cheddar and cherry tomato quiche Lime & coriander chicken salad Sugar snap & green been salad Moroccan lamb tagine Minty aubergine & courgette couscous Cheeseboard with nuts, grapes and biscuits Blueberry & white choc cake with cream cheese frosting
