Thank you to everybody who prayed for me and my migraine last night. As someone who is a daily chronic migraine sufferer, there is a certain degree of headache that I always have and I have learned to live with that and not let it control me. Because I have them daily, what may be a bad headache for most people is a walk in the park to me and often goes without notice. Some people may not be able to even understand any of this because you may be someone who is BLESSED to never have headaches of any sort. Its next to impossible for me to understand THAT world. Boy would it be nice!!! Sometimes the bad headaches come on though. For those of you who have known me for a long time, you will remember the days when they were the worst. They started my Senior year in high school and made my Sr. year such a struggle. I continued having them all through college, often having to go to the hospital because I was in so much pain. I remember many nights, pushing through really bad headaches with friends LITERALLY holding my hand, or holding back my hair for me to throw up. Its MISERABLE but I have been blessed over the last 5 years or so to have far less of the BAD ones than I used to. Sometimes they come on really slowly and I can pinpoint exactly what caused them. Or, somewhat. But sometimes, like last night, they come on REALLY FAST and I cant pinpoint any reason whatsoever for it. Last night was miserable. But, once again, I am blessed because I got over that one relatively quickly. Years ago, I would have suffered with one that bad for several days!!! I HATE migraines...and I hate it for anyone that they have to suffer with them...and I TRULY HATE that Haley has to suffer with them as well. I would rather deal with the really bad ones every day of my life. I WOULD choose to do that if only I could take them from her. Please continue to pray for our precious angel. Pray as we seek the best plan of action for her headaches. I know that God already has a treatment plan ready for her. I would LOVE it if that plan would be for her to be completely healed of this horrible mess but I trust His plan and I trust that He has her in His hands. Again THANK YOU for all who have prayed for either one of us!!! We are so blessed to have so many friends and family who care.
