Thank you to everyone who participated in the opening of Metamorph Gallery and the Art of the Matter exhibition by Ken Hall, a curator at the Christchurch Art Gallery. Over 100 people attended and several of the artworks sold during the evening. The exhibition continues for two weeks, and will close with a talk - Looking Forward - by Chris Lynch, award winning journalist from Newztalk ZB on 9th May The quality of work on show is superb so do phone us on 365 9479 to arrange a viewing or come to the closing. Details will be posted soon. Remember 30% sale price of paintings comes to MHAPS in commission. In addition, works by three high profile Canterbury artists have been donated with all sale proceeds coming to MHAPS. All this income will be used for MHAPS services to directly benefit Christchurch people experiencing mental distress.
