Ok team, here is what we need for our 3rd Annual Pre-Thanksgiving dinner, November 22nd at Center on Halsted for at-risk LGBT youth: 4 turkeys 2 hams 2 full pans of green beans or green bean casserole 2 full pans of dressing/stuffing 2 full pans of mashed potatoes 1 full pan of sweet potatoes 1 full pan of sweet corn 1 full pan of potato salad 200 biscuits/rolls 4 pumpkin pies 4 apple pies 2 half sheet cakes or 150 cupcakes Butter Gravy Salt/pepper If there is a special dish you want to prepare outside of this menu, please make sure it will feed at least 25-30 people. I am still in need of poets and/or artists to perform. My two table presenters this year will be Christophers House of Hope and Omega Pi Psi Fraternity/Alpha Pi Psi Sorority. And again this year we welcome back Humble Hearts who will be setting up a clothes closet. If you wish to donate money, please contact me privately to make arrangements.
