Thankful on Day 19 for water! Was getting my hair colored, to hide those pesky grays, and she was just starting to rinse the color out, when the water pressure dropped and no more water. My head in the wash bowl, soaking wet, with half-rinsed hair! The manager discovered the city had turned off water for a construction issue and had not let store owners know beforehand!
