Thankful to have a great friend in Joshua Sampo. Josh and I go back several years - started off with a padman/athlete relationship and have developed in to a strong friendship since. Today I arrived at the gym for private sessions with two soon-to-be pros. As Im unloading my gear a hear a faint a hissing sound - inch-long screw in my tire. My friend Sampo proceeds to go to an auto parts store, buy a new tire plug kit, and repair and re-air my failing tire. WHILE IM HOLDING PADS. Thank you Josh. Sometimes we need a hero - youre mine today. Im grateful for your help and our friendship.
