Thanks Alex, this needs repeating!!! IMO far too little attention is placed in software generally on the capture and management of qualitative and subjective feedback from riders or coach’s notes. Everyone seems to think the next super deep level of power meter data analysis is going to provide massive insight*, when listening to what athlete’s say/write is often far more important and provides as much insight, if not more. This is a weak point for all such software IMO and anything that makes the process of capture, transfer and review of such rider feedback difficult or cumbersome for the rider or coach is a downer. Many people don’t know what XML or other files formats are, and don’t give a toss. They just want stuff to work and be easy to use.
