Thanks Lee Leffingwell for providing this outlet... BOYCOTT DAN ZANOS - My mother was watching my kids tonight and ordered a delivery order of 24 chicken wings from Dan Zanos for their dinner. She asked for wing sauce that was suitable for children to eat because my children were at her house and the wings were for them. The person who took her order said the mild sauce would be fine. She asked to be sure because it was for her grandkids, and he said yes, the sauce is mild. When the order came the sauce WAS too spicy for the kids. She called and told them. They proceeded to tell her that it was HER fault because she ordered the wings mild and she shouldnt have ordered them if she didnt KNOW what SHE was doing! She calls me and tells me this. I am in total DISBELIEF that they are telling her this, and call MYSELF to speak to the OWNER. He proceeds to tell ME...LISTEN TO HOW DUMB YOUR MOTHER IS... WHAT THE F???? (DID HE JUST SAY) How DUMB my mother IS????? Then he proceeds to tell ME that she shouldnt be ordering wings if she doesnt know what she is ordering!!!! HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY AMOUNT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE INSISTED MY MOTHER WAS STUPID AND SHE SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN PLACING TO GO ORDERS IF SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS ORDERING!!!! THEY ARE REFUSING TO EXCHANGE THE ORDER OF WINGS AND REFUSING TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THIS PLACE IS NOT AN ESTABLISHMENT ANY OF US SHOULD BE DOING BUSINESS WITH. THE OWNER OF A BUSINESS CALLING PEOPLE STUPID!!!???? MY MOTHER HAS ORDERED FROM THEM SO MANY TIMES AND TO THINK THEY WOULD BE SO DISRESPECTFUL AS TO CALL A PERSONS MOTHER STUPID TO THEIR FACE FOR NOT BEING HAPPY WITH THEIR ORDER??? I AM STUPIFIED. APPALLED. I CANT EVEN BELIEVE IT. JUST THOUGHT YALL SHOULD KNOW.
