I am Tanay Goregaokar from mumbai. Have worked for star category hotels and A grade restaurants in Mumbai and London. My qualifications is MBA with Hospitality. Now I am into my own business and manage a company called tanmum Innovative foods and many more. We take consultancy for hotels restaurants and bars and we do everything right from menu planning food quality upgrading training to excise. We also take cookery and bakery classes.
