Thanks again to all who have been praying for Kenzie! She has been making progress slowly but surely:) She has been off oxygen since Saturday morning and doing well, cardiologists are still following her, but dont seem concerned that there is anything to be concerned about at this point with her heart, and she has been able to keep her temperature up so shes out of the isolette and into a normal crib. Now her biggest challenge is eating. She has been starting to take portions from a bottle, but has yet to have a whole feeding without needing some down the nose tube. They are going to give her about two more days to see if she can get the hang of it, but if shes not totally off the tube, there is a possibility she could still come home - we just would have to learn how to feed her through it...hoping it doesnt come to that!
