Thanks and congratulations to these activists for pressing this matter and bringing attention to concerns for fish. It was a terrible idea having these fish there in the first place: For 13 years, Ratsy, Reiss, Terrance and Bazza have been part of the furniture for revellers visiting Southampton’s Orange Rooms…As well as the size issue, Orange Rooms is a night club/bar venue and the music is extremely loud and full of bass sounds. This is not an appropriate environment for the fish who cannot escape.” Hopefully an appropriate home will be found for them. Such fish belong in the wild in South America, their native home.
