Thanks everyone for all the suggestions for the removal of the frigging ferrel felines. This cat situation is now on its third year. Being savvy in the art of woodcraft I have employed all techniques I know, short of shotgun blasts in the city limits. I have had animal control involved, set an array of live traps, applied cat repellent pellets and rented dogs. But something is different about these cats. (Im sure the waste material flowing the meth labs two houses down is inconsequential.) The animal control people said they found no sign of cats. In each live trap was one strategically placed cat turd. The cat repellent was scraped into piles like cat litter. And the dogs are still missing. I think Ill call a priest to perform some kind of catechism...
