Thanks everyone for your helpful tips and advice! I got back from Disney Saturday and am almost fully recovered :) Dinner Highlights: California Grill (Fiddlehead ferns!), Brown Derby (The Mango sorbet at dessert was wonderful), The Wave, Boma (Had lots of choices on the buffet here, the chef walked me around, and it was all good. The best part was they had babycakes cupcakes for dessert!!), Coral Reef (gardein chickn!). Lunch Highlights: Tangierine in Morocco, Breakfast: Chef Mickeys (the chef showed me everything I could eat on the buffet, made me waffles, and checked in to make sure I had enough!), Crystal Palace (they had a hot quinoa cereal that was delish!) Other Notes: Hoop De Doo Revue - Meal was nothing to write home about, but was adequate and hearty, and the service was great. Cinderellas Royal Castle Breakfast - In addition to the vegan waffles, they made me a nice little salad, which I really appreciated. Typhoon Lagoon: Very weak choices here! Glad I packed snacks! Pizza Planet: Waited about 10-15 minutes, but it did hit the spot! Rainforest Cafe: Portabella Wrap was good, nothing special, but I was happy to have it Worst experience was breakfast at OHana. They made me a special veg stir-fry that took 30 minutes, and wasnt even great. My non-veg family was not happy with their breakfast either. Service was terrible. Chili at Columbia House in Magic Kingdom was decent! Was happy that my snack points on the meal plans worked for Clif Bars and Lara Bars to fill in as needed, but I think I ate pretty well. The hardest/least interesting was usually breakfast. Now, Im back in the real world!
