Thanks for sharing this Barry. So its not advised because they have to be worn for 23 hours a day and need to be reviewed every 4 to 6 weeks. Surely, these reasons can also be used for people who have a cast for a broke limb or are in cancer therapy! Weve been providing this service for over 10 years and the advice remains the same woolly advice as it always has. Yes, it works, but evidence is poor. Well....... Nobody is looking nor have they ever tried. We and you know that this is a good treatment similar to teeth bracing, but parents have to make up their own mind for their baby. They dont have a chippy teenager asking for train tracks. We have every respect for the parents who come to see us, we know that its not easy. Well done for trying. Best regards, Steve
