Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts. I really like this Dr. Burns. He was not afraid to ask questions of Rachel and I, and he asked all the right ones that either led to more questions or made us think of something we had not considered. His thoughts are similar to Dr. Pahwas. Some sort of atypical Parkinsonism with related dementia. A mystery is how he worded it. I dont know what it is about my family and having to have atypical illnesses that the Drs get excited about but leaves us all hanging out there with no real answers. But he seems to be excited and wants to find out exactly what this is and maybe why. So next is an MRI as its been over. 2 yrs since his last, a PET scan, and another movement disorders specialist that deals with atypical disorders. And back to him in 2 mos.
