Thanks so much to everyone that wished me a happy birthday!! I havent had a chance to thank everyone individually but I will.... Im the big 46 now.... Im one of those people that never really thinks about age.... Doesnt bother me..... Except I dont like that my boys r getting older but then again thats the circle of life and how its suppose to b.... I missed getting my phone call from my dad... He would have been the first to mention my birthday.... Would love to answer the phone and hear him say Deb happy birthday!! Hows it feel to b getting so old lol then he would laugh... And, speaking for myself I love the wisdom/observation that u gain as u age from something as simple as watching the sun set.... to complex as dealing with death/illness.... To appreciating literally the small simple things n life that really matter.... I have had near death experiences so Im grateful for another year.... And, even tho I have wished at times n my life that I was another person.... Im thankful that Im me... Lil plain unique me.... Ive tried to instill this concept into my sons heads.... That they r unique individuals and its a waste of time wishing that u r someone else cause U r U and thats pretty awesome..... Again, thank u all for taking the time out of your day to wish me happy birthday!! Made me smile!! :) this song is fitting.....
