Thanks to Christina Ramos for this heads up share about concern in WEST Winston Manor ***Suspicious Vehicle*** I live in West Winston Manor off of Clay Avenue. When I opened my blinds at 8:15am this morning, just before I was leaving for work, I noticed a white cargo van parked in front of the neighbor’s house. I couldnt see the license plate but the passenger had black hair and with dark brown skin. I was looking at the vehicle and they could see me and as soon as I turned my back they took off. I have never seen this vehicle in the neighborhood before and it didnt have any it didnt have any information on the sides to identify it, i.e., PG&E, Comcast and such. It is a white cargo van, no side windows. It looks like the one below but was really beat up. I couldnt see the license plate number. I called South City police to report what I had seen, however, I wasnt able to get the license plate number and was informed there wasnt anything they could do without that information. If anyone sees this vehicle in their neighborhood try to get the plate number and get it into SSFPD.
