Thanks to all the friends and family who have called and fb-ed and texted me the past couple of weeks. This whole ordeal started off as exciting to get rid of a little hernia and then turned scary from all the complications. I have always just bounced back from my csections and my stupid hip surgery, even from getting four wisdom teeth pulled. But this recovery seems never ending. Im soooo much better than I was last weekend, but everyone who knows me knows how busy I am. My surgeon said my recovery should take about 6-8 weeks! So counting down!!! Those who forgot to let me know they cared can just forget about me. You know who you are. Family isnt exempt from disappointing. Im trying to not be bitter. But I just decided after what occurred last week that I only want the people in my life who love me even when Im no fun. If a FB acquaintance can take the time to write me such CARING notes, I dont know why family cant just say hi. I hate this feeling and I never vent my garbage on FB, but I am just greatful to you out there that Ive never met that prayed for me! I am thanking you all in my prayers and praying for those who forgot me too. But that doesnt mean I want them back.
