Thanks to everyone who called in to the new shop today for our first proper full Saturday in Hill Street. Perhaps our busiest day thus far. Apologies for the rather disorganised layout. Another week should see us put ALL the singles AND LPs in A-Z order. The slashing of the LPs in our 2 quid box to a quid until next Friday to be honest was an inspired move. Lots of happy campers today. To eke out that feelgood actor a bit longer we are making all unsorted 7 inch singles 3 for a quid. This will run until 5pm Saturday. There are over 3,000 instore as of today, piled up down the back, but will be putting them on trestles from Monday morning on. Not forgetting the 1 quid LP offer lasts until Friday. As many punters today will attest, there were and are some stunning finds still to be made. They arent purely filler. Theres gold in them thar boxes. We have really bitten the bullet on some of this stuff. Throwing caution to the wind in the name of clearing the decks to make way for some terrific collections. Crate diggers delight to be honest.
