Thanks to grants we have received, we were able to purchase 2 60 flat screen smart TVs for our programming rooms. This technology will enhance programming for you the patron and for the presenter. While we do not have cable TV here in the library, we can connect to the internet, accessing YouTube for documentaries and by connecting to a computer we can present sites like Ancestry in large screen format. We are so excited at the many ways we can improve programming with these screens! Our 5 part lecture series, Passing the Torch starts tonight and Victor Harris will be able to use the new TVs for the video segments of his lecture. Come check it out tonight at 7:00 in our new Community Room.
