Thanksgiving Weekend is upon us. Time to say what I am thankful for. * My Family - and I mean all of them. They are crazy and nuts but they are mine * My Husband - yes he falls under family but he deserves a mention of his own. He supports me in fulfilling my dreams and treats me like a queen (although this Queen is the house cleaner too) * Our Canadian Health Care system - I know its not perfect, but when you need to be cared for its there. And lets be honest the Drs and Nurses in our healthcare system are the reason I still have a sister. And a bill didnt come in the mail after she got home!!!!! You wont hear me complaining about paying my taxes * Of course my friends, I have some that are there for me in the lowest of the low situations and usually are the same ones that are there for the highest of highs. They also qualify for item #1 on the list family * And then there is my kids - I am so very proud of who they are becoming and the vision they have on who they want to become. With their sights set on the prize I know they will accomplish. They make me mad, sad, and worry about them. But most importantly they make me proud.
