That as matters pertaining to the “medical care”, “health”, and “human services” of THE PEOPLE are nowhere delegated to the federal government by the federal Constitution; but are among the countless multitudes of matters reserved to The States or THE PEOPLE; the federal Department of Health and Human Services is itself an unlawful Department, and its mere existence an affront to the Constitution; and all of the powers it exercises are usurped powers as outside the scope of the powers delegated to the federal government by our Constitution. Publius/Huldah Anything that steps outside the boundaries of Constitutional power will always hurt the people and steal away the freedom and liberty that the Constitution provides to the people. Obamacare is one prime example.
