That is one of the most ridiculous things Ive ever heard. I understand the point she was making, because, in fact some girls my age arent all concerned about our government and whats happening around us, but thats SOME. I also know a lot of girls around my age who involve themselves in politics and their communities, so you cannot say we shouldnt be allowed to be on jury duty or vote, because thats OUR RIGHT. The 19th amendment states Any American women can and are allowed to vote, not women over the age of 30 or 40, so how about you go back to your history book, and brush up on Womens Suffrage, instead of you babbling such stupidity. People like you are the reason why young people in general are discouraged from voting and end up with a government like this!
