That moment in your life when its turned upside down....literally. You drop everything to be away from home for medical treatment and potential surgery (ies). Your rest of the family stays behind to continue to try and survive. You feel like everything keeps going but your left behind and trying to pick up the pieces. You try to keep up but cant. You feel alone but your not. You feel helpless but in reality your doing everything in your power to help. The feeling you get when the rounds of doctors come through in the morning and they dont mention the word home, rather they ask about your financial, home life and family to arrange plans. Those plans turn into a 2nd home. After a year plus of this over the period of 8 years I should be use to this. Well Im not. I feel devastated but Im still so hopeful for a more detailed plan tomorrow. Something. Maybe a timeline. An outlook. A idea. This was a vent post. Thanks for sticking with me. Xoxo
