That old dog Mark Bittman is learning new tricks. Advocating saturated fat. You go boy. Still saying Eat less meat so he has a way to go. Eat as much meat as you want as long as its farm identified and from pastured animals. Mark knows a thing or two about a thing or two but he obviously dont know shit about how important cattle are to the environment. Help him out people.
