That was just the warm up ladies and gentlemen Shaun T Insanity Max:30 - no words. I WILL be doing this program when it comes out in Dec. HINT HINT: I HIGHLY recommend doing PiYO FIRST. You will be blown away by the strength and flexibility and endurance that comes from PiYO! A few of us coaches were AFRAID to do Max:30 thinking we wouldnt be able to keep up but OMG we KICKED ASS and we ALL said it was totally because of PiYO! Qs below...
