Thats right...so the authority here comes from the United Nations; the U.N. says its not permissible so be it...until they edict different. Stupid asshole. Its unlawful because of the IV,V,VI amendments in the Bill Of Prohibition...you know, the restrictive and prohibitory clauses intended to prevent misconstruction of law. The law being the Articles in The Constitution FOR the United States which is intended to limit and separate power of the public servants while in their state character. Thats were the authority is in two sections: Here is what power is vested; here is what you are NOT allow to do EVER! Look at E.U. with GMOs. People rooted for the EU because the EU appeared to look out for their interests so they gave their sovereignty to the beast and hence, no GMOs. And now that it has unlimited consolidated power, the beast says, Bring in the GMOs. I am not impressed with Snowden. I think it was a distraction for the real issue of authority and where it comes from.
