The 2014 World Championships are in Rotterdam, Netherlands: Many places are already allocated via the National series last year. Any places not taken up will thrown open to re-qualification. The cut off point for that stage will be immediately after the Cyclopark National 14th April. Dont forget that the ranking season started 1st Dec 2013 and you can get ranking points from Regionals, Nationals and Internationals as well as some other series like the Winter Indoors at NCC.
