The 30 day challenge..............so theres lots of different fitness things flying around Facebook and the internet at the moment so I thought I would bring some of them to one group so we can do the stuff together. Its basically various exercises that you do a certain amount of each day, increasing as the 30 days goes by! Having already done a challenge with all my friends and their friends, the motivation works a treat and everyone has noticed changes. I will add you do all the exercises at your own risk, Im not a personal trainer or sports expert, I am merely sharing stuff I have looked up..... enjoy you lovely people xx
