The 4th Amendment of the United States Constitution and Bill Of Rights. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Violations: Obamacare 1. All medical records sent to the IRS 2. Law requiring all medical personal to gather gun data from patients 3. Government decides what medical coverage you should have with fines for being under covered and fines for Cadillac plans that have over coverage to be collected by the IRS Financial records 1. All credit/debit card transactions must be sent to the IRS 2. No warrant needed to open and check safe deposit boxes 3. Precious metal (registry) to IRS Communications 1. Telephone data mining. Supposedly not capturing text or voice data (Who believes this? The Obama Administration is not kmnown for its honesty) 2. Internet a. Email b. Social media activity (Face Book, Twitter, etc.) c. Chat rooms d. VOIP e. Tracking every move you make online Obama violations of the 4th Amendment Just after an appeals court explained that, yes, emails are protected by the 4th amendment, another appeals court has ruled that cell tower connection info is also protected by the 4th Amendment. Basically, law enforcement (supported by the Obama administration) have been claiming that if theyre just getting info on who was connected to a specific cell tower, that it didnt require a warrant at all. Earlier this year, we noted that the Federal Circuit had rejected a similar request, saying that there was no probable cause, and in this case, the 3rd Circuit appeals court said that you do, in fact, need a warrant. Combined with other recent rulings that putting a GPS device on a suspects car without a warrant violated the 4th Amendment and that the famed warrantless wiretaps violated the 4th Amendment and you see a whole bunch of 4th Amendment violations by our leaders lately. How much of these information violations are for gathering information about his political foes, the Republicans, Tea Partiers, Conservatives, etc. I’m all three so I am a DOMESTIC TERRORIST in his eyes!
