The ACCT Philly shelter is committed to saving bottle feeders but since they eat every 2-3 hours they cannot stay at the shelter overnight because there is not enough staff to feed them. The shelter needs people to take these babies home over night, feed them, and return them in the am so they can hopefully go into full-time foster care or to a rescue.
