The ACTFL program Scottsbluff High School students who are enrolled in a foreign language will see a change in their comprehension assessments next year. The four components of the test will take a combined two hours for students to complete. The tests can also be administered in one setting or multiple settings. This gives students the chance to pause at any time during the assessment and come back to complete it should they need to step away from the computer. The interpersonal listening and speaking and presentational writing tasks are scored by company-designated graders that are provided at a later time. Other parts of the test will be graded automatically and returned online to students and their instructors. Students will be tested while sitting in a cubicle with headphones and a microphone provided to complete the assessment. Students will also have the chance to tryout the AAPPL test before they conduct their scored test. starherald/news/local_news/shs-adopts-new-foreign-language-testing/article_0107794e-d0d5-5c39-bf93-c06ed26a070d.html
