The ADA who presented the unconstitutional Missouri statute to the grand jury to review should be disbarred! She failed to instruct the jury in which part of the statute was unconstitutional/no longer good law when she presented them later with the correct statute. The prosecutors were a joke and only give way that the system is corrupt. To all lawyers and attorneys (yes there is a difference) please continue to fight hard, Shepardize and restore the little faith people have left on the legal system. Legal malpractice is afoot and I know that claim is not one to take lightly? But this is basic first year law school across the country and she messed up something needs to be done when you misinstruct a jury and expect them to forget the statute you wrongly presented and told them to rely upon it when coming to a decision.
