The Access to Private Rented Properties (APRP) scheme need more properties for rental in Coventry. Are you an existing landlord or a new landlord? The APRP scheme needs properties of any size from 1 to 5 bed+. No fees are charged and you will benefit from the support of the APRP team during the length of the tenancy. We may also be able to secure a cash bond through DHP payments for clients that receive an element of Housing Benefit. Interested?
