The Airbnb concept has moved on over to commercial properties -- this startup PeerSpace raised seed funding to put business teams into creative spaces, or at least get them out of boring, expensive hotel and restaurant event spaces. Structure Capital led the $1.5M round. My post here. Asked the co. founders if they think theyll face regulatory hurdles like Airbnb. They seem to think not.
