The Alaska Airlines MVP representative who checked me in this morning totally made my day and then some!!!! I showed up late for my flight barely within 40 minutes of departure. The next flight of the day was full. She checked my bag onto the next flight, called the gate agent to let them know I was on my way & hustled me through the pre-check line. Im sitting on the plane with 4 minutes to spare! And she did it without making me feel like I was putting her out. She treated me like a normal customer giving her best customer service just like the old days!! Im just bummed that I didnt get her name.
