The Alternative Gift Market will be held this weekend in the St. - TopicsExpress

The Alternative Gift Market will be held this weekend in the St. Barnabas Parish Hall (Sat 10-3, Sun 11-3). Along with St. Barnabas, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Falmouth, Falmouth Jewish Congregation, Falmouth Congregational Church, John Wesley Methodist Church and the Church of the Messiah Woods Hole all pitch in with their time and effort. According to the group’s website, “The gift market is a community fair where you can purchase non-traditional gifts to give to family and friends. Consider honoring a family member or friend by making a donation to a charitable organization that you believe would be meaningful to that person. Choose a ‘gift’ and give it in his or her name - a life-sustaining gift that will help alleviate poverty and disease, renew our planet’s environment, or promote education, sustainable development and peace.” What better way to spend a few of your weekend hours? We hope to see you there! https://uuffm.wildapricot.org/Resources/Documents/AGM%202014%20shopping%20list%20FINAL.pdf
